New Multiplayer Game Modes

Hide & Seek – This is a cat-and-mouse style mode where you either chase opponents or try to escape them. Real-time tracking and dynamic weather make each chase unpredictable, especially through Tokyo's twisting streets.

Touge Battle – Head-to-head mountain pass racing inspired by Japan's famous touge roads. Precision and control are key as you navigate tight corners and narrow lanes, like those on Mt. Haruna.

Spec Racing Championships – Everyone drives the same car with fixed upgrades. No tuning advantages, no meta builds—just raw driving skill decides the winner.

Horizon Rush – Obstacle-course events with time limits, such as at Tokyo City Docks. Complete them fast to earn rewards and unlock higher-tier wristbands.

Shared Open-World Features

Seamless Meetups – Car Meets, Drag Meets, and Time Attack Circuits are now part of the shared world. Drive past and join live players instantly—no loading screens required.

Horizon CoLab – A big upgrade from EventLab. Up to 12 players can build tracks and structures together in real-time anywhere in the world.

Link Skill System – A social feature that encourages spontaneous interactions. Perform stunts together while free-roaming to activate team-based bonuses.

Progression and Accessibility

Festival Playlist Revamp – Past reward cars will be available again later in the game, cutting down the "fear of missing out." Players can replay previous series through achievements like "Historic Effort."

AutoDrive – A new accessibility feature. Let the CPU drive while you enjoy Japan's scenery or focus on other gameplay elements.

Car Proximity Radar – Helps you spot nearby cars, especially in cockpit or hood view, making racing cleaner and safer.
